Back to School Dates

PreK and Kindergarten Game Night

  • Thursday, August 13th
  • 6-7:30pm
  • NBE gym and cafeteria
  • Bring your own game and spend time getting to know your classmates!

PreK and Kindergarten Orientation

  • Thursday, August 20th
  • 6:30-7:30pm
  • NBE gymnasium and tour of building
  • Information session, meet the teacher, see the classroom, and student bus ride!
  • Please be on time as events are scheduled for entire duration.
  • Students will separate from parents/guardians shortly after arrival

Grades 1-5 Open House

  • Monday, August 24th
  • 5-7pm (drop in any time)
  • NBE entire building
  • Meet the teacher, see the classroom, and see the building!

Student First Day!

  • Wednesday, August 26th
  • PreK - 8:40am - 1:45pm
  • Grades One through Five - 8:45am - 3:40pm

A note about school supplies

Please note that the district will supply all needed classroom supplies with the exception of:

  • Backpack
  • Lunchbox (If they are packing)
  • Water bottle (Reusable plastic is encouraged over metal. Water filling stations and fountains are available.)

If you are in need of the items that are not provided, please reach out to the main office.
